SIR SAFETY SYSTEM, today recognized as one of the leading European manufacturers of workwear, safety footwear and Personal Protective Equipment with more than 40 years of experience in the field, is currently seeking an experienced Export Area Manager to expand the Company's growth in the Baltic Countries.
MAIN TASKS
The main responsibility of this role is to drive sales growth and develop business in the territory. The successful candidate will market and sell Sir Safety System products BtoB and manage a network of distributors, large retailers and online resellers.
In addition to it, the Export Area Manager will:
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge;
- Proactively develop new customers and build long-term business relationships;
- Identify and assess customer needs and find solutions using a consultative approach;
- Provide minor technical services as required;
- Meet or exceed the assigned annual sales budget.
COMPETENCES & QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within the safety industry and a comprehensive understanding of the local distribution network, knowledge of competitors and their products and market potential.
- You will have developed experience in sales of PPE and preferably have an established contacts portfolio.
- You must be willing to work away from home, be prepared to travel for training and marketing requirements, have good computer skills, be able to communicate well, be passionate about the company, hard-working and results driven.
- Being the role home-office based, you may be required to hold sample stock, catalogues and informative material at your premises.
- Candidate must be fluent in English, additional languages are considered as a plus.
